Blayne Waltrip is Assistant Professor of Global Mission and Church Development at PTS and Director of the 

Center for Global Education and Mission (cGEM). He and his wife, Dr. Angela McCain-Waltrip, were missionaries for several years in Europe, but now serve globally through the ministry of cGEM. 

The Center seeks to further church planting and development in North America and around the world by 

mobilizing leaders, pastors and church planters.

Dr. Blayne & Angela Waltrip

宣教師の教育者として、指導と説教、音楽の領域で仕えるご夫妻です。お二人とも米国ペンテコステ神学院を卒業され、ドイツのヨーロッパ神学院で15年間に亘り、仕えておられます。さらに、ご夫妻はヨーロッパやアフリカなど30ヶ国で仕えておられ、多くの地域教会のワーシップチームや神学校などで、「礼拝の心」セミナーやワークショップ、また伝道的な働きをしています。これらの働きを通して、人々が救われ、癒され、聖霊に満たされています。

Benson and Cathy are international missionary educators ministering in the areas of teaching, preaching, and 

music. The Vaughans are both graduates of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary and they have served at the

 European Theological Seminary in Germany for 15 years.  In addition to their work at ETS, the Vaughans have 

ministered in 30 countries throughout Europe and Africa. Benson has trained many worship teams in local 

churches and at the seminary, and through the Vaughans’ ‘Heart of Worship’ seminars, workshops, and 

evangelistic ministry,  they have witnessed people saved, healed, and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Benson & Cathy Vaughan

スコット師と奥様のキャロル師はCOGのアジア太平洋地域の宣教師として、主にユースと地域社会変革の領域で仕えています。1997年よりポルトガル、ドイツ、フィリピンの3ヶ国で仕えてきました。ポルトガルでは伝道と弟子訓練のまとめ役として、伝道と教会開拓、恵まれない子供たちのための社会センター設立に尽力されました。ドイツではユースと教育の責任者として、リーダーの訓練とヨーロッパユースカンファレンスを立ち上げました。フィリピンでのアジア神学院校長としての務めの中で、多くの学位取得プログラムを立ち上げ、また、アジアユースカンファレンスも立ち上げました。

 Scott and his wife Carol are currently serving as Church of God missionaries to Asia/Pacific, working primarily with 

youth and community transformation initiatives. Since 1997, they have ministered in three different countries: 

Portugal, Germany, and the Philippines. As Coordinator of Evangelism and Discipleship in Portugal, Scott worked 

closely with the national leadership to evangelize, plant churches, and establish a social center, which ministered 

to the needs of underprivileged children. As the Director of Youth and Christian Education for Western Europe, 

he conducted youth leader training and started the European youth conference, Eurofest. Serving six years as 

President of the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries (ASCM) in Manila, Philippines, he launched many degree 

programs and the Asian youth conference, Asiafest.
